All repairs including Digitizer and LCD repairs for all iPhones and iPod touch will be completed whilst you wait in our walk in repair centre.
Any item sent by post will be returned to you within 3 working days.
We also offer an express repair service, your item will be repaired and returned to you within 24 hours, or within I hour if you use our walk in centre, please ask for details.

How do I send my item for repair?

You can check out our website to find your iPhone, iPod and iPad model and the repair it needs and place an order online or contact us by phone on 01293 618 318 to place your order or even visit our shop in person. We will then send you the shipping address for you to send the item by Royal Mail, special Delivery.

What payment options do you have?

Over the telephone we can accept credit/debit card and PayPal.In store we can accept cash, credit/debit card and PayPal in. Call us on 01293 618 318 to take payment over the telephone.

Is my data safe on my iPhone iPod oriPad when it is being repaired?

All your data will be untouched as we conduct iPhone iPod or iPad repairs. For peace of mind we highly recommend that you backup all your files before sending your item to us.

Do you need my sim card with my iPhone while it is repaired?

There is no need to send your sim card.

Do you need my charger with my iPhone iPod or iPod while it is repaired?

We do like to check out the charger whilst doing repairs in case this is the root of the problem.

How do I get my iPhone iPod or iPad once it gets fixed?

As soon as your iPhone iPod or iPad is repaired, we will contact you by telephone and then send it via royal mail special delivery for next day service and upon delivery it requires your signature.

Do I get a warranty after repair?

We give a 3 month warranty for all repairs and parts that we have replaced
